These terms govern use of Duet’s prelaunch iPhone validation build.
The service
Duet helps two partners privately review baby names and share mutual matches. Features may change during prelaunch validation.
Accounts
You are responsible for your Apple account and invitation links. One account may belong to one active couple at a time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse invitations, probe another couple’s data, disrupt the service, or use Duet unlawfully.
Name information
Meanings, origins, popularity, and related name information are informational and may be incomplete or disputed. Verify information that matters to your decision.
Duet Plus
The planned public offer is $12.99 one time for the active couple. Plus is not sold in the current validation build. Final purchase, refund, and restore terms will be published before sales begin.
Account deletion
You may delete your account in the iPhone app. Deletion closes the shared naming project because its matches depend on both partners’ private contributions.
Availability
Prelaunch access may be changed or discontinued. Duet is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
